What Do we Do?
East Coast Physique specializes in Online Fitness Training/Coaching for Contest Prep and lifestyle clients. We also take online/in-person posing clients for Men's Physique, and bikini athletes.
Why do we do it?
We do this because we've seen both sides. We've been the coach and the client. We've encountered really good coaches and really bad coaches. It's our job that you only experience the good. I want my clients to succeed as badly as they do. That is the key to a great team. Every client is to be treated as your number one.
How do we do it?
All of our athletes/clients apply online by email and are evaluated to be sure that you(the client) is the right fit for the coach. After being accepted we(the coach) learns your boy and builds a relationship with you. Each week you(the client) check-in by sending pictures from all four sides and your fasted weight. Phone/Facetime calls are scheduled to get that 1-on-1 feel and see how you're doing and go over your posing, in return helping us make the correct adjustments for your specific goals.

When to Contact Your Physician
You should contact a physician if you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, lightheadedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath. Muscle soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise or program. Contact your physician if soreness does not cease after 4-5 days.
